On the column titled Reading Material, you will find two articles by Anthony Bourdain. You will read them. For vocabulary that you do not understand, you will go to http://dictionary.reference.com/ and look for definitions in English. Make a glossary, where you explain the meaning in context of those words. NO translations.
When you have finished you will write in your own words what you understood from both articles and your impressions about what Anthony Bourdain has to say. Minimum 200 words.
